The Houtrustkerk is a small church in Traditionalist style, built in 1936 for a liberal protestant community. The architect was L. Blok. Unlike most of its neighbourhood, the church was spared from demolition during the construction of the Atlantikwall in World War Two. Location: Houtrustweg 1

The catholic church of Loosduinen is the O.L. Vrouwe Hemelvaart. This neo-Gothic church was designed by E.J. Margry and built in 1880-1881. Location: Loosduinse Hoofdstraat 4 |
