Veere municipality is named after the eponymous historic town, even though its administrative centre is the town of Domburg. The municipality covers the western part of the former Walcheren island and is bordered on the east by the Middelburg and Vlissingen municipalities. This page shows some of the churches in the municipality.

The reformed church replaced a medieval church in the mid-17th century. The church combines a protestant ground plan with simple Gothic shapes. A consistory in early Neo-Gothic style was added in 1836.

The reformed Odulpuskerk is a one-aisled church in Gothic style from ca.1400. Originally, it had a side-aisle, which was joined to the nave after damage to the church in 1572-1574, while the choir was demolished. In 2011-2012 the church was extended with a modern extension.

De hervormde Odulpuskerk is een eenbeukige kerk in gotische stijl uit ca.1400. Oorspronkelijk had de kerk een zijbeuk; deze werd na beschadiging van de kerk in 1572-1574 bij het schip gevoegd terwijl het koor werd gesloopt. In 2011-2012 werd de kerk uitgebreid met een moderne aanbouw.

The reformed church is a one-aisled building with Gothic tower built in ca. 1400. The also Gothic nave probably dates from the early 17th century, when it was rebuilt in its oldstate.

De hervormde kerk is een eenbeukig gebouw meteen gotische toren uit ca. 1400. Het eveneens gotische schip stamt waarschijnlijk uit het begin van de 17e eeuw, toen het in oude vormen werd herbouwd.

The reformed church is a Gothic church with a one-aisled nave from the 15th century and a tower from the early 14th century. Columns in the north wall indicate that the church once had a side aisle and was longer.

De hervormde kerk is een gotische eenbeukige kerk met een schip uit de 15e eeuw en een toren uit het begin van de 14e eeuw. Zuilen in de noordgevel wijzen er op dat de kerk hier ooit een zijbeuk had en langer was.

The Grote of Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk is a big cruciform basilica in Brabantine Gothic style with an unfinished tower and a mutilated nave. After the Reformation parts of the church served several different protestant denominations while other parts served as a barrack and hospital in the 19th century.

De Grote of Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk is een grote kruisbasiliek in de stijl van de Brabantse gotiek met een onvoltooide toren en een verminkt schip. Na de Reformatie dienden delen van het gebouw als kerk voor verschillende protestantse gezindtes terwijl andere delen in de 19e eeuw dienst deden als kazerne en hospitaal.

In 1912 the catholic O.L.V. ter Sneeuw was built, a small one-aisled church in a rather clumsy Neo-Gothic style. In 1968 it was closed. It's now a shop.

In 1912 werd de katholieke O.L.V. ter Sneeuw gebouwd, een kleine zaalkerk in een vrij onbeholpen neogotische stijl. In 1968 werd de kerk gesloten. Tegenwoordig is het gebouw een winkel.
